About Jordan

Jordan Nichols is the owner and operator of Heart Fit. He is a graduate of Colorado State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Minor in Nutrition and attended Graduate school at the University of Colorado studying Applied Physiology. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

With over 25 years of experience and over 50,000 hours of training clients of all abilities, Jordan has the knowledge and experience to get you fit and healthy. At the college level, Jordan worked for his alma mater as a strength and conditioning coach, as well as working at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs in the athlete developmental program. Jordan travels frequently around the country lecturing and working with some of the best coaches in the world.

Jordan is also a competitive triathlete and a 20-time Ironman finisher with a personal best of 9:06 including qualifying and racing in 5 Ironman World Championships. At the university level, he played football and was a member of a Mountain West Conference Championship team and played in two consecutive New years day bowl games.
