"First and foremost, I want to say thank you to Jordan in this review. Heart Fit is not just a gym, it is a life changing experience. I came to Jordan (main trainer) about one year ago right after an inguinal hernia surgery that was the result of a 24 Hour Fitness training session gone terribly wrong (I will NEVER join a regular gym ever again). I have been athletic my whole life. From horseback riding and gymnastics to body building and firefighter training - you name it, I've done it. Along with all of the training came a long slew of injuries. Every time I thought I was getting better, I would injure or re-injure something. I was getting so frustrated and depressed because my career was riding on my ability to perform physically and I kept hitting road blocks and not understanding why. And as a female, I was also having an incredibly hard time finding a trainer that would adapt a program for me to become a better Firefighter candidate.

Jordan's card came in the mail and I figured I would check it out. Let me tell you, if there is any question in your mind about whether or not to train, do it. I have not only remained injury free for the last year, I have improved dramatically in my complete state of physical being. I truly had no idea how incorrect my form and methods of working out were. No wonder I'd had so many injuries and am lucky there weren't more that were more severe. True, any amount of physical training is beneficial, but with the right technique I found out my boundaries lifting. Within the last year I have leaned, gotten stronger, and become a true competitor in all my athletically based endeavors.

Jordan not only teaches you proper form and exercise techniques, he teaches you a life style that incorporates nutrition, training and confidence. He took me, through his dedicated training, from an apprehensive and hesitant person to a confident and successful individual. My physical agility times have improved by anywhere from 1 to 4 minutes (fire department agility tests), my hobby cycling has turned into entering triathlons, and I have reduced my body fat by 10%. When you train with Jordan, you get a coach that offers you incredible one on one advice and assistance. He will start you from the ground up and the end result is limitless. There is no other gym like it anywhere in the area, and once you start down the road of functional movement training, you will quickly realize there is no reason to ever look back.

I will also say with complete confidence, that you would be hard pressed to ever find another trainer that cares as much about his clients as Jordan does. He makes every effort to be there for you, work with your schedule and make himself available for any question you have, even if it as simple as 'should I eat this?'. The facility itself is awesome as well. You will find it clean, organized and Jordan keeps a wide range of equipment you will not find at a regular gym. He has an turf set up for sled runs and speed drills, climbing machines, a full range or cardio equipment, kettlebells and bands. He is continuously attending seminars and training sessions himself to offer his clients the best workouts possible. Jordan has a wide range of services and clients. Whether you want to take the road to an Ironman or you just want a healthier lifestyle, he is your man. From weight-loss to mobility to true athletic improvement - he will take you there. Jordan and his team are friendly, personable, and easy to work with. I look forward to my training days and come away knowing the next one will be even better. Thanks to Jordan, I should be successfully hired as a firefighter this fall and I will be entering my first triathlon sprint. A year ago I would have told you I would never run over 2 miles and now I am contemplating the road to a half-iron man. Crazy? Nope - just excellent training and with that anything is possible. I cannot recommend this place enough. It will be the best decision of your life. Thanks Jordan!"
