Sprinting is Training for Life!

Heart Fit client Jim at age 70 doing his sprint work on the Woodway Curve. Jim is also getting ready for a one day 150 mile bicycle ride across the state. Losses in power and range-of-motion as we age are quite an issue, so if you can effectively attack both with one training initiative, the curve was a "must-include” in our facility.
